Challenge Description

Team RootXRAN started advertisement of their cyber sleuth challenge. Accidently they lost link of registration website and on forensics they got only the attached data.

Solution

Simple binary conversion

Go to this site (opens in a new tab)

When we open that downloaded file that file is corrupted

We would use hexedit to edit the header of file to png header

89 50 4E 47 0D 0A 1A 0A 00 00 00 0D 49 48 44 52

Now open the file you would get qr code
